16 August - TCRR's Race for the Cause - Event Summary: Fast, mostly flat course begins and ends at White Bank Park, Colonial Heights, Virginia. Open to runners and walkers. All proceeds after expenses are donated to VCU Massey Cancer Center.
Event Details:
6:45 AM: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup begins
8:00 AM: 5K Run/5K Walk - $25 for individual ($30 if received after July 29th), $22 for TCRR member ($30 if received after July 29th);
Students thru grade 12 - $15 ($20 if received after July 29th); Couples - $40 ($50 if received after July 29th)
9:00 AM: Children's Fun Run - Open to ages 14 and Younger. FREE. Register online or on Race Day.
9:30 AM: Awards Ceremony
Short sleeved t-shirts guaranteed to all registrations received no later than August 1st. After August 1st sizes are not guaranteed.
Teams: Teams must contain 3-5 people, with at least 1 male and 1 female on each team. There will be Awards for the top 3 teams.

AUSA provides a voice for the Army, supports the Soldier, and honors those who have served in order to advance the security of the nation.
Join us for the Association of the US Army Southern Virginia Chapter's second annual 5k on Sept 28th! Your entry fee will get you an official race time, a finisher's medal, a SWAG item, and a finish-line beer to celebrate your accomplishment. We're offering a 5k and a 10k on the beautiful Capital Trail in Charles City. Choose your distance! All paces are welcome.
